Game Rules

1. Prohibited things

1. Cheating: bots, macros, modified clients, falsifying traffic between the client and the server.
2. Exploiting bugs: a bug found must not be exploited, but must be reported at hello@dropsite.hu.
3. Third-party programs that automate gameplay or give an advantage.
4. Real-money trading: buying or selling an account, character, item or Dragon Coins for real money or other consideration outside the Service.
5. Offensive behaviour: harassment, threats, hate speech, obscene or unlawful content, fraudulent promises.
6. Using someone else's account, sharing or handing over your own account, attempting to obtain other users' data.
7. Deliberately disrupting the operation of the Service.
8. Impersonating a staff member or moderator of the Service Provider.

2. Sanctions

In proportion to severity and repetition:

• a warning;
• withdrawal of the advantage obtained by cheating (item, DC, level);
• a temporary ban (from 1 hour to 30 days);
• a permanent ban.

In serious cases (cheating, real-money trading, taking over another's account), an immediate permanent ban is also possible. A notification of the decision and its reasons is sent to the e-mail address linked to the account.

3. Appeal

You may appeal a decision within 15 days of the notification, at hello@dropsite.hu, stating your account name. The appeal will be decided within 30 days, and the decision will be reasoned. The complaint-handling rules of the Terms and Conditions and consumer remedies remain available to you in addition.

4. Reporting and blocking in the game

In the game, by tapping on another player, or in the whisper window with them, you can block them (you will no longer see what they write) and report them. Reports are reviewed by a human and handled under Sections 1–2. Deliberate abuse of the reporting feature (false or mass reporting) is itself a rule violation.
